Register job seekers on our database
Once a job seeker choose ECGS to help him or her in seeking for jobs, that job seeker will be registered onto our database.

Assess the qualifications
After registering the clients onto our data base, we will assess the qualifications for those who wish to seek jobs from outside of the country. This is applicable only to university graduates and we’ll recognized colleges in the country. Additional assessment fee is applicable for this task.

Job negotiation for our clients
After satisfactorily collecting the qualifications and get them all properly assessed, we will start to negotiate with employers and expose the job seekers to potential employers.

Performance Reviews
We will work with you to create a personalised plan to help you secure a job

Advisory service
We will also provide advisory service to encourage our clients are kept and raise positively to bring positive impact to our country.

How job seekers and new graduate can register on our data bases.
Prior to any of our involvement in assist our clients for job seeking, the necessary fee of K250 must be paid into the firm’s account.
